Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the online store ("Service") operated by SakuraStore ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Article 1 (Scope) These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding the Service. We may update these Terms as necessary; the updated Terms take effect when posted on the Service. Article 2 (Business Information) Our name, address, contact details, prices, shipping fees, payment methods and timing, delivery timing, and return conditions are set out in "Commercial Disclosure" and the respective policy pages. Article 3 (Accounts) 1. You agree to register accurate and up-to-date information. 2. We verify identity using a one-time passcode sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for managing your passcode. 3. We may suspend or delete an account if unauthorized use is detected. Article 4 (Purchase Requests and Formation of Contract) 1. A "purchase request" on the Service is your offer to purchase a product. 2. The sales contract is formed when we confirm stock, price, shipping, etc., and notify you of acceptance via the order chat or similar. 3. We may decline or cancel a request due to stock shortages, material pricing or specification errors, or other unavoidable circumstances. Article 5 (Prices and Currencies) 1. Prices shown on product pages are estimates. We support JPY / USD / LKR / AUD. Prices are set per product and are not converted by foreign-exchange rates. 2. The final price and shipping fee are confirmed through consultation in the order chat. Article 6 (Payment) 1. Payment methods and timing will be provided in the order chat after the final price is confirmed. 2. Card payments are processed through a payment service provider. We do not retain full payment details such as card numbers. 3. Transfer fees, payment fees, and other costs incurred for your convenience are borne by you. Article 7 (Shipping) Shipping methods, fees, delivery timing, and customs are governed by the Shipping Policy. Article 8 (Returns, Cancellation, Refunds) Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Cancellation Policy. We do not accept returns for customer convenience (no-return clause). If the issue is caused by us, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with that policy. Article 9 (Prohibited Conduct) You must not: 1. Violate laws or public order and morals; 2. Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; 3. Register false information or impersonate others; 4. Make bulk purchases for resale or commercial purposes, or engage in any conduct we deem inappropriate; 5. Interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorized access, or make excessive automated access; 6. Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate. Article 10 (Intellectual Property) Intellectual property rights in text, images, designs, trademarks, etc. on the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification is prohibited. Article 11 (Changes, Suspension, Termination) We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for damages arising from this, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Article 12 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability) 1. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. 2. Colors and textures of products may differ from actual items depending on your display environment. 3. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. 4. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws. Article 13 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces) You represent and warrant that you are not a member of, and have no relationship with, organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Maebashi District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes regarding the Service, provided that this does not affect rights or jurisdiction granted to you under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
